1. What’s your payment method?
We accept T/T, Western Union, Money Gram, PayPal, and LC at sight (when order is more than 50000 USD)
2. What’s your MOQ?
For Sample order, no MOQ; later, in official order, 500usd mixed order.
3. How about the shipping method?
For small order, we send by express post (like DHL, UPS, FedEx), or Airfreight (MOQ 45kg); or we can send by ship.
4. How to handle the defective goods in your company’s policy
Our after service center will focus on our customer feedback at the first time, and confirm the related information. If the product itself really has the problem of quality we undertake to replace defective product.
5. How do you guarantee the after-service?
All the products are got strict test before sent. If our products can not work in the expiry date, please send to us. After the factory’s strict test, if the problem of the products itself is confirmed, replace or refund will be guaranteed.
6. How about your quality?
Our all series products are manufactured by modern, scientific, and complete production process. All production raw materials have to be strict tested and finished products are printed by the professional tests to ensure the quality!
7. Do you provide OEM service?
Yes, we can provide authorization of the packing box according to your demands, and also have professional design service.
8. How long is the delivery time
According to the order’s actual situation and factory production scheduling. Normally within 3-7days after receive the payment.
9. Where does your product export to?

Cartridge FAQ：
1. What does OEM stand for?
OEM stands for ‘Original Equipment Manufacturer,’ which means that they are made for a specific line of machines by the same producer as the machine itself.
2. What is a compatible cartridge?
A compatible cartridge is simply a printer ink cartridge (or toner cartridge) created for a certain range of machines by a third party – not by the initial producer of the printer. They all go through testing and meet stringent quality requirements just like OEM cartridges and work in much the same way, last just as long, and print to just as high a standard, but are almost always considerably cheaper.
3. What’s the difference between Remanufactured, Refillable and Compatible cartridges?
‘Remanufactured’ and ‘Refilled’ are simply different names for the same thing. These are recycled cartridges that have been collected by a third party (see our Blog Entry on recycling), cleaned, refilled, and rigorously tested to ensure they meet the same high standards as they did when they were first produced.
A ‘compatible’ cartridge is one that is made entirely afresh, and has not been recycled, produced by a third party for a certain printer.
